Okay just like a lot of people I drove a lot of miles and spoke to a lot of people and looked at a ton of houses. And then I found a house online and I got connected with Gale. It happened to be Sunday and at the spur of the moment I told her I would drive 150 miles to come see the house if it was in fact what they have listed online. She assured me it was and I drove there and lo and behold it was as a was online. We discussed the challenges of the current market as far as it being a seller's market and not a buyers and we made the offer immediately. Not everybody wants to take an offer from someone using VA as myself but she discussed it with the sellers and they agreed. So I got the earnest money and she did the paperwork and guess what exactly Thirty Days Later I moved in my new house! Yes I love it! When I called Gale she answered when I texted her she text me back never a delay. Know this " I usually don't do reviews" but for her I did because I recommend her to everyone she's truly awesome great person. So if you're looking for a house call Gale.

Gale Billings was amazing in helping my husband and I find our new home. She new the area very well and was very knowledgeable with the current housing market. She showed us homes that met our description of what we were looking for and we quickly found the home we loved. Gale acted quickly and got the paperwork submitted. She made herself available when we had questions about the area and helped us find the services we needed once we purchased our home. She responded to our calls and texts quickly and cheerfully. She went above and beyond. It was truly a pleasure working with her. My husband and I highly recommend her as the realtor that can sell your home or help you buy one. Thank you Gale for everything!

Gale was readily available and positive. She had th the experience necessary to help us get the house we wanted. It took us four months to find and successfully purchase a home in Barefoot Bay. She wrote nine contracts for us, and never complained. When we told about a house we wanted to see, she would always line up several more for us to look up, too. My husband and I genuinely enjoyed her company, and we will miss her.
